When I was living in Canada, I was a big fan of Gap. One season, they had these pretty pastel polka-dotted spaghetti strap tops and I bought it in every colour and wore them all the time. Over the years, my love for Gap has kind of subsided because I don't find it all that trendy and even their basic staples are kind of pricey in Singapore. However, there are some great things to love about Gap:
- They do some decent quality basic separates for mixing and matching
- They cater to men, women, and kids so it's kind of a one-stop shop if you do the shopping for your whole family but you're lazy or short of time
- Their print ads always feature a diverse range of models of various racial profiles and I'm all for supporting diversity
- Their photos always look so cheerful. I mean, come on. Look at this.

But the biggest reason why I like Gap clothes is because sizes run large so I
get to look at the label and say, 'size zero for hero'. Yup. Keeping it
superficial just the way I like it.
Thanks for reading! By the way, this post is NOT sponsored by Gap. But if Gap want to throw free clothes at me, I definitely wouldn't say no.
